WHEN WILL MY PRE ORDER SHIP AND WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED?
Once BGG Knits have a confirmed payment, we will immediately place your order into production. Since we are slow fashion our knits are made by hand, not a machine, and can take up to 8 weeks to arrive at your doorstep. We will ship your purchase according to the shipping method selected at checkout via fedex.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
We ship outside of the United States through DHL.
CAN I SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY OWN?
BGG Knits provides the option for you to enter multiple shipping addresses at checkout.
we will ship to any address of your choice via fedex.
WHAT IF I'VE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT MY ORDER?
Doesn’t fit? Not what you had in mind? No problem!
You can make a return or an exchange for any reason as long as you follow the guidelines in our shipping & returns policy.
IS THERE A FEE TO MAKE A RETURN?
BGG Knits will refund the cost of your purchase (excluding shipping) as per the guidelines in our shipping & returns policy with no additional fee.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT?
Exchanging gifts are easy.
If you would like to return your gift please send us an e-mail to customer care but please check out our deliveries and returns tab at the bottom of our website to see if we can process your return first. BGG Knits will not reimburse the original cost to ship your order. in the event that you desire to have an item exchanged, BGG Knits will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
WILL MY ORDER BE TAXED?
All prices are listed without any applicable tax related to your geographical location. Once you proceed to checkout, you will be able to see all taxes and customs duty (if applicable) added to your grand total before making your final determination as to whether you want to submit your purchase to us. Taxes will be applied to orders purchased in the United States according to the applicable state's current sales tax laws.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your item is damaged upon delivery please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at (646) 820-0416 and we will work with you on replacing your order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 business day(s) for us to process it. once your return is processed, We will send you an issued credit e-mail notification.
note: the credited amount that will be returned to your account may be delayed by your bank or credit card provider.
CAN I HAVE A PACKAGE DELIVERED ON SATURDAY?
Yes, FEDEX does deliver on Saturdays.
